Don and Meredith Halcomb with their son Sam and daughter-in-law Stephanie farm 7,000 acres of barley, wheat, rye, corn, and soybeans in Kentucky and Tennessee. The family grows 6-row Thoroughbred and 2-row Charles barley varieties for Double Eagle Malt.
