| Tom Culton farms 53 acres of certified organic land in Lancaster County with his step-grandpa, Pete Herchelroth. As Craig LaBan, Philadelphia Inquirer food critic wrote on a piece on Lancaster County in April, 2014, "Culton's rare curiosity, old-school methods, and European travels have produced some unique (and usually expensive) delights."
